July brought sunshine, community fun, and plenty of reasons to celebrate together. From welcoming new faces to supporting local causes and marking milestones within our team, here’s a look back at how Elkhorn Valley Bank showed up for our communities last month.

July 7: We welcomed Chris Fathke to the EVB team as Senior Vice President, Lending in Yankton. Chris brings valuable experience and strong community ties to our growing Yankton team. We’re excited to see the difference he will make for our customers and communities.

July 9: EVB was eagerly supported the Little Roots Child Development Center and Preschool’s Summer Camp Kids at their annual lemonade stand. Supporting young entrepreneurs and local childcare initiatives is always sweet!

July 11–13: Our Wayne team got into the “Totally Rad” spirit of the 45th Annual Wayne Chicken Show. It’s always a highlight to join the community for this fun, quirky tradition that brings people together from near and far.

July 12: We participated in the Concrete Cares Golf Outing, an event that raises support for families impacted by cancer. We’re proud to stand alongside those making a difference for neighbors who need it most.

July 14: A new chapter began for Lisa Anderson, who officially stepped into her new role as Commercial Banking & Business Development Officer at EVB. We’re excited to see Lisa continue helping local businesses grow and thrive.

July 15: Our team served up lunch and connected with golfers at the Wayne Farmers Open. Supporting local ag families and businesses is at the heart of what we do.

July 17: We hit the green again at the Business and Industry Vendor Golf Invitational at the Wayne Country Club, building connections and celebrating the strong partnerships that keep our communities growing.

July 23: A fresh new look was unveiled at our newly remodeled Omaha Avenue branch in Norfolk. We can’t wait to welcome customers into this updated space designed for convenience and connection.

July 25: EVB joined in supporting Wayne State College at the Women’s Wildcat Open, an event that helps provide resources and opportunities for student-athletes.

July 30: Giving back in another meaningful way, EVB hosted an American Red Cross blood drive at our 25th Street location. We thank our employees, customers, and community members who donated to help save lives.

Thank you to all our customers, employees, and community partners for making July another month full of connection and community spirit. We can’t wait to see what August brings!
