How to Enroll in eStatements

Enrolling in eStatements only takes a few minutes, and the process is nearly the same whether you’re using the EVB Mobile Banking app or an online browser.

Step 1: Log In
Sign in to your EVB Digital Banking account using your mobile app or preferred web browser.

Step 2: Navigate to “Statements and Documents”

    • In the Mobile App: Tap the More tab, then select Statements and Documents.

    • In Online Banking (browser): Go to Self Service, then choose Documents.

Step 3: Choose Your Delivery Preferences

    • Mobile App: Select Delivery Preferences.

    • Online Banking: Select Delivery Settings.

Step 4: Select Your Accounts
From here, you can decide which accounts you’d like to receive paper statements for and which you’d like to switch to eStatements.

    • Want to simplify? Select Enable Online for All Accounts to switch all your accounts to eStatements at once.

Step 5: Accept the Disclosure
Review the Electronic Consent Disclosure, check the box to agree to the terms, and then click Submit to complete enrollment.
