TOD: Total Access is the latest update for our Teller On Demand service, offering a complete, self-service banking experience designed to give you more flexibility, control, and convenience—whenever you need it.

With TOD: Total Access, customers can independently manage everyday banking tasks at any EVB Teller On Demand machine. Gone are the days of only viewing the accounts connected to your debit card. Instead you have access to your full banking relationship in one place. This enhanced experience allows you to:

  • Access all eligible EVB accounts (checking accounts, saving savings, HSAs, loans, CDs, IRAs)
  • Complete transactions confidently and efficiently
  • Bank on your own schedule, without waiting for branch hours

TOD: Total Access puts you in control—not just of your transactions, but of how you view and manage your accounts. With help from EVB staff, you can:

  • Nickname your accounts for easier identification on screen
  • Choose which accounts to show or hide, simplifying your experience

Keeping track of your finances is simple with TOD: Total Access. Customers can monitor account activity directly at the machine by:

  • Checking balances
  • Printing mini statements (5–10 recent transactions)
  • Choosing receipt options, including email delivery

All EVB Teller On Demand locations are now fully converted to TOD: Total Access, giving you the ability to complete transactions independently, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Whether you stop by early in the morning, late in the evening, or on the weekend, TOD: Total Access is ready when you are. Should you need a hand, live tellers are available to assist you Monday – Friday, 7am – 7pm, and Saturdays from 8am – 5pm.

Please note: coin transactions, official bank checks, and credit card payments still require an in‑branch visit.
